POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The ROCKWOOL Group’s main business area is building insulation, providing thermal comfort along with fire safety and acoustical comfort for all types of buildings.
This is the role:
This position reports directly to the Regional Customer Service Manager. The objective of the Customer Service Representative is to provide excellent customer service, order taking, processing, and invoicing, for the customer, and support to the sales team. French language is required for this role.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7.00am to 6.00 pm (three shift rotation) including some Public Holidays
