Reporting to LAT Europe Marketing Director you will be creating new digital strategy in Latin Europe region using your experience, creativity and passion for new initiatives.
This is the role
Design and implement the digital marketing strategy, carry out activities for the LAT area (France, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia).
Manage the results of digital marketing activities, including the development of local projects
Managing and coaching the Digital Marketing team in order to make the best use of digital tools and data and develop ROCKWOOL's market share, in particular via lead generation (Lead Management), web strategy (Web Strategy) and digital campaigns.
Improve the quality of marketing data to transform it into actionable business information.
Digitize and distribute the communication campaigns defined by the Communication team.
Design the digital strategy and manage its implementation, particularly in the areas of lead generation, web strategy and digital campaigns.
Activities of the department on lead strategy: analyze, qualify leads and improve customer understanding, improve the quality of customer data, develop the skills of sales forces and local stakeholders on Marketo, define action plans to continue sales development.
Activities of the Web strategy department: analyze the customer journey in a segmented way, improve the website structure and design an optimal customer journey, analyze and manage the results.
Activities of the digital campaigns department: define, implement and animate digital campaigns, analyze and manage the results.
This is who you are
Master in Marketing - preferably in digital marketing
Fluent English. Professional French - Spanish is a plus
8 to 10 years of experience in the field of digital marketing in companies or agencies, ideally in an international environment
Solid knowledge and digital culture: digital strategy, digital regulations, digital analysis, web analysis (SEO SEM, google tag manager & analytics, traffic acquisition…), social media analysis, social media intelligence, Marketo certification is a plus…)
Mastery of techniques related to multi-channel digital campaigns, Web strategy and Lead Management
Ability to develop a strategy, to design and implement an action plan, to analyze and manage the results
Strong leadership with the ability to work easily with others in a multicultural, multi-site and matrix environment and to implement change
Managerial and coaching skills, ability to transmit clear and engaging messages to your team and to teams of non-digital experts
Understanding of business issues and ability to forge strong links with sales teams
Proactive, fast learning skill and passionate about digital
