ROCKWOOL Global Business Services (RGBS) in Poland is a multifunctional competence centre of the ROCKWOOL Group (with the headquarters in Denmark), which provides financial, accounting, DIGITAL (IT), HR and Group Technology services for ROCKWOOL group entities.

Supporting the organization on many levels of the company, you will play an important role in ensuring efficient operations. From giving support to our employees throughout our facilities to being part of contributing to the agenda for our managers, you make sure our business runs smoothly. By acting with integrity and being professional, driven and self-sufficient, you will be successful with us. You can expect varied workdays filled with challenges, in an environment where the focus is on constant improvements. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs receptionist duties
  • Welcomes guests in person or on the telephone;
  • Takes care of the image of the reception and office
  • Maintains office procedures
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calls for repairs; maintains equipment inventories; 
  • Conducts researches
  • Supports event organization
  • Maintains office supplies inventory
  • Maintains document flow and storage system
  • Coordinates post office and courier service
  • Maintains flow of invoices
